Cold November morning, up early before work. Down at the Dam the sun is just raising, the sound of the cascading water over the weir fills my ears. I get myself set up and wait for the raising sun to spread it red blanket over the water. Thinking, I decrease the shutter speed to slow down the water to create a Silky Sunrise.
